OK. A lot of you know I like to cook food. I love food. But over the last year or so I have been eating healthy. But I don’t like to sacrifice taste.

So here is my latest. I decided to call it, Summer Stuffed Peppers. I used MyFitnessPal to figure out the calories, and it’s only 330 per serving, with just 15g of carbs (all fruit and veggie) and 19g of protein. The ingredients are listed below the video.
